FOLLOWING THE AGM AT 2PM 'Doodle to Dream' art exhibition Opening
You're Invited! Join us for the Opening of a wonderful, imaginative exhibition that promises to inspire and delight. Opening: Next Saturday 18 October, Minerva Gallery, rear 224 Dank Street, Albert Park 2pm-4pm. Opening hours: Mon Wed and Fri from 1:30 pm - 6:30 pm, by appointment other times.
Doodle to Dream (2022–2024) is a collection born from the spontaneous flow of line and imagination, where simple sketches evolve into surreal, dreamlike creatures and forms. Each piece begins as a playful doodle, a space of freedom and exploration, and gradually transforms into a visual narrative that balances fantasy and reality. In these works, organic shapes echo elements of nature - wings, waves, and hidden life forms—while their abstract qualities invite viewers to project their own dreams and interpretations. The delicate interplay of ink textures, watercolour washes, and subtle shading reflects a dialogue between control and chance, structure and imagination.
This collection celebrates the power of creativity to transform the simplest marks into poetic symbols, reminding us that within every small doodle lies the possibility of an entire dream.

Our 2025 art exhibition ‘Healing Through Connection’ will be hosted in Port Melbourne Town Hall from the 11 November to 19 January.

St. Kilda Peace Festival
The Well, 12B Chapel Street, St Kilda – Sunday 14th December, 2025
Join us on Sunday 14 December 2025, 2pm to 5pm celebrating the solstice. Planetary Healing Artists’ presents a multicultural all inclusive Peace Festival with the theme ‘Healing through Connection’, at the Well, 12B Chapel Street, St Kilda featuring: diverse cultural (Persian, Indian & Chinese) Traditional Music & Dance Performances, Foods, Storytelling Sessions and Interactive Cultural Workshops to connect the community, exchanging cultural traditions, contributing to our shared vision of peace and harmony.
We're Still Looking for Help and Volunteers on the day!
We’re in need of Iranian traditional finger food contributions and would love to hear from anyone who knows a great cook or can help with traditional entertainment for the event.

MINERVA GALLERY OPPORTUNITIES

The Minerva Gallery is now inviting submissions for solo or group exhibitions as part of our 2025 program. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your work in a professional gallery setting, and engage directly with the wider art community. We welcome proposals from emerging and established artists working in all visual media, including painting, photography, sculpture, mixed media, and digital art.
