2024 SpeediesArt
The opening of “SpeediesArt by Jes Speedie at Minerva Gallery was on Sunday, 10 November 2024. The exhibition was held from November 10, 2024, to January 10, 2025. Jes’s drawings on skateboards are a tribute to her sister, Shantel Speedie, who passed away last year. Jes found herself drawing characters of her youth on her journey through grief and healing, as a way to honour her sister’s memory.
