Artist’s Statement:

My paintings capture the vibrant atmosphere of Tehran’s traditional bazaar — a place where culture, architecture, and human energy intertwine. I explored the play of light and shadow that brings life to its arched ceilings and narrow pathways. The use of blue and orange reflects the emotional duality of the space: blue for calmness, spirituality, and reflection, and orange for warmth, excitement, and human presence. The small figures within the vast architectural setting emphasize the grandeur and timelessness of the bazaar, reminding us of how human life flows within the monumental beauty of tradition.
